License Agreement for the Personal Use of the LuminoSana Cube
Please read and agree to the terms below to continue
1. Preamble
- The licensor is the LuminoSana Ltd., Terra Santa 1, Office Nr. 12, 6012 Larnaka, Zypern as the developer of the LuminoSana Cube, which is hereinafter referred to as the subject of the license. Licensee is the purchaser of the LuminoSana Cube for personal use.
- By purchasing the licensed product, the licensee agrees to the following agreement.
- The right to use this license exists internationally and therefore applies to all countries to which the licensor delivers the licensed object.
2. Licensee's rights
- The licensor authorizes the licensee to use the licensed product for his own personal use. This personal use includes:
- quantum energetic treatment of objects, food and beverages for all persons living in the household
- quantum energetic treatment of objects, food and beverages for persons not living in the household, e.g. friends and relatives, without charging a fee
- the production of energy sources, e.g. energy cards and pendants, for all persons living in the household.

- The licensee may give the licensed object to a third party. By accepting the licensed product, the third party agrees to this license agreement and is the licensee from the time of receipt. He is obliged to contact the licensor so that the licensor can send him a new license agreement for acceptance.
3. Restrictions of Usage
Any other use of the licensed object other than that specifically permitted as per 2. above is forbidden in particular the reproduction of the licensed product itself. In addition, the issuing of sublicenses and the commercial use of the licensed product are not authorized.
4. Charges for the License
The license charge is included in the price.
5. Period of Validity
- This license is valid permanently from the date of purchase of the licensed product.
- After the period of one year, the licensor is entitled to adapt the terms of the license agreement to current and legal conditions.
6. Notice of Termination
This license agreement can be cancelled by licensee with direct effect. The termination shall only become effective upon receipt of the notice of termination. Since the use of the licensed product is bound to the acceptance of the license agreement, the licensee undertakes to return the licensed product without claiming reimbursement of the purchase price in the case of termination.
The licensor shall have the right to terminate with immediate effect only in the case of provable violations of any of the terms of this agreement by the licensee. In this case, the licensee is obliged to return the licensed object without claiming reimbursement of the purchase price.
7. Final Provisions
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
- The place of legal jurisdiction is Nicosia, Cyprus. For any disputes arising from this contract, the parties agree that the court at the licensor's business place shall have jurisdiction.
- Should any provision of this agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain.
